Hygiseam™ Insulated Panels – The Ideal Solution
Using the HygiSeam™ panel with Glasbord® w/ Surfaseal® and the HugiFill PU™ seam sealant together create durable, hygienic, cleanable and life time non-corrosive surface to support the highest hygienic performances required in critical areas such as cold and dry stores, wet areas and food processing plants.
The Glasbord® skin on HygiSeam™ is HACCP and UL greenguard certified and available in FM approved, Class A and Class C fire rated for flame spread and smoke development when tested per ATSM E84.
HygiFill
The HugiFill PU™ sealant enables seamless joint between panels and provides a protection against mold and mildew. It is also an ideal solution against chemicals and repetitive cleaning thanks to its unique caulking system.

Ease of installation
HYGISEAMTM (W / PIR) allows renovations of old walls and ceilings to be carried out by adapting to the existing context, without greatly reducing the useful surface areas of the premises. When the existing walls do not require the removal of old ducts or pipes, the installation time is reduced to a minimum thanks to an ingenious system: GLASBORD® W/ Surfaseal® profile is sufficient to ensure the implementation of theHYGISEAMTM concept.
